Bob Kolb - Senior Pastor - e-mail Bob is a native of Long Island, New York and Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute where he met his wife Cheryl and married her in 1978. He also received a Master of Divinity and Master of Theology in Old Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1989 and 1992 respectively. Bob came to Faith Community Church in November 1996 as an Associate Pastor and then became the Senior Pastor in January 2000. Bob and Cheryl are blessed to have three adult children; Bobby, Matthew and Nathan. He enjoys motorcycle riding, racquet sports and reading. |
| Tony Atansio - Associate Pastor of Assimilation and Small Group Ministry - e-mail Tony grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago. He is currently enrolled in the Moody Bible Institute’s Distance Learning program where he is pursuing a Bachelors of Biblical Science degree. He has been on staff at Faith Community Church since 2005 and serves in the area of Small Groups and Assimilation. He has a passion to see people get connected to the church and to Small Groups so they can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. He has been married for 22 years to his wife Carmella and has one 14 year old son named Joseph. He enjoys studying the Bible, playing drums and guitar, working on his house and watching good movies. |

Keith Franz - Associate Pastor of Worship - e-mail Keith grew up in the Chicago suburb of Medinah, watching Bears football and Cubs baseball. He graduated from Wheaton College in 1991 and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1997. After 15+ years in youth ministry Keith sensed God moving him to pursue a different ministry passion - leading worship. In the spring of 2010 Keith joined the staff of Faith to serve as our Associate Pastor of Worship. Keith enjoys water skiing, basketball, guitar and tech gadgets. But what he enjoys most is spending time with his wife Sandy, and their three girls, Elizabeth, Amanda and Abigail. |
| Jason Payne - Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry Jason grew up in a small town outside of Lexington, KY. In 2004 he moved to Louisville, KY to attend Boyce College, the undergrad of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Youth Ministry. After graduation, Jason served as a youth counselor for a residential treatment facility and a volunteer youth pastor. In the cold winter of 2010, Jason and his wife moved to Illinois where he became the Associate Pastor of Students at Faith Community Church. Jason has a passion for seeing students stepping outside the sterotypes of Christianity and being changed by Jesus Christ. |

Cheryl Kolb - Children's Ministry Director - e-mail Cheryl was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas but after high school she left the beautiful Sunflower state for Moody Bible Institute. There she majored in Christian Education and met her husband Bob. Since then, she has served in youth ministry, run a group home for troubled teens, supported her husband through seminary, and raised 3 boys. Cheryl began as the Children Ministry Director in 1999, using her gifts, education, and volunteer experience to build up the Children’s Ministry. Her desire is to love and serve God wholeheartedly, sharing the gospel of Christ in a contagious way so that every child enters into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. When she is not hanging out with kids, Cheryl loves to read, play the piano for school music groups, and ride the Harley with her husband. |
| Gena Ayres - Children's Ministry Assistant - e-mail Gena joined Cheryl to assist with Children's Ministry programs. She leads our FUEL group for 5th & 6th graders, and provides a "right hand" to Cheryl to make certain that our opportunities for children and their families are always top notch! |

Linda Schambach - Women's Ministry Director - e-mail Linda and Wayne became members of Faith in May 2010 and she joined the staff as Director of Women's Ministry in January 2011. They previously lived in Tucson, Arizona where she served as a Director of Women's Ministry. She has a passion to encourage women in their spiritual walks and draw them into fellowship with other believers and has been a well received speaker at women's events for years. In the past, Linda has also served on church staff as a Youth Director and Director of Worship Ministry. She served for 16 years as the Vice President of Sales/Marketing at Christianity Today International. Linda loves to sing and has been faithful to use that talent to glorify Him in music ministry. The love of family brought the Schambachs back to Illinois. Their son Brian and daughter in- law Kelly live in Pingree Grove, Ill. |
| Denise Untersee - Kids Are Special Director Denise has directed our weekday program for preschoolers since 2004. She was a teacher in the KAS program for several years prior to taking the director position. Denise comes to the position of KAS Director with a love for children and their families and a genuine excitement about teaching. Presenting a Christ-centered program while developing strong education-readiness skills is a challenge she enjoys and plans to continue. |

Joyce Wymer - Ministry Staff Assistant - e-mail Joyce has been a member of Faith since 1979 and has been working in the church office since 1994. Joyce graduated from Elmhurst College with dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology. A stay-at-home mom for many years, Joyce enjoyed homeschooling, gardening, volunteering in church ministry, and now enjoys her role of support for the Ministry Staff as well as service to the church body. She and her husband Mike live just outside of Rock City and enjoy spending time with their eight grown children and two grandchildren. |

Margie Franzen - Custodian
Margie has been a member of Faith since 2000 and has worked at the church since 2004. She has been married to Mark for 23 years and together they have 2 children, Bre and Luke. In addition to keeping our building looking great, Margie also serves in our youth ministry, welcome center, ushering and serving communion. She enjoys bargain shopping such as garage sales and thrift stores, scrap booking when I have the time, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers! |
